A native of Currituck, North Carolina, Carley graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Political Science, where she honed her skills in public policy and political affairs. While in school, she began her time with the NCGOP as an intern. Her display of dedication and strong work ethic led to her hiring as the Digital Director for the NCGOP.
