Radical Liberal Erica Smith Wants To Pack The Courts While Jeff Jackson Remains Silent

Raleigh, NC - Last week, a group of liberal Congressional leaders filed legislation to pack the Supreme Court with activists in robes. Almost immediately, Democrat Candidate for U.S. Senate Radical Liberal Erica Smith declared her support for packing the Supreme Court. However, Cal Jr. (Jeff Jackson) continues to follow Cal Cunningham’s footsteps and refuses to comment on the divisive court-packing plan.

“As the clear progressive in the race, Erica Smith’s quick support for a radical court-packing plan is no surprise. Equally unsurprising is that Cal Jr. (Jeff Jackson) is utilizing Cal Cunningham’s strategy of ducking difficult questions. Cal Cunningham’s strategy of ducking questions led to his defeat in the 2020 election; likewise, Cal Jr.’s (Jeff Jackson) continual silence on key issues will undermine his electoral prospects,” said NCGOP Communications Director Tim Wigginton.
