RALEIGH, N.C - As our nation faces an unprecedented pandemic, our leaders must be laser-focused on providing practical solutions that protect the physical and economic health of our nation. Democrats, however, are playing partisan politics and hope to exploit this crisis facing the American people to enact their radical liberal agenda. 

Yesterday, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, Joe Biden, advocated for inserting his Green New Deal into a phase four CVOID-19 relief package. 

“North Carolinians deserve a Senator like Thom Tillis who is working across the aisle and voting for historic bipartisan legislation to assist families and small businesses, not one that is too afraid to stand up to the irresponsible ideas coming out of his own party,” said NCGOP spokeswoman Sasha Duncan. “Cal Cunningham should condemn Joe Biden’s disgraceful strategy to politicize a pandemic in order to impose his job killing Green New Deal on the American people.”

• Taking millions of cars off the road

•  Banning all new fracking

• Displacing hundreds of thousands of blue-collar workers

• Raising taxes on the middle class
