Job Title: Executive Director, North Carolina Republican Party

Employment: Full Time

Overview: The executive director of the North Carolina Republican Party is a full-time position
that reports to the Central Committee. The position is primarily tasked with managing the staff
and daily operations of the Party. This position is tasked with overseeing all campaign, political,
finance, communication, and management of the operations for the North Carolina Republican
Party.

Principal Job Responsibilities:
 Manage the daily operations of the Party and its staff.
 Manage budgetary matters in consultation with the Chairman, Treasurer, and
Accounting Director.
 Plan, implement, and conduct training programs independently and in conjunction with
aligned partners to assist local Party leadership.
 Oversee and coordinate with appropriate groups and individuals in the planning and
execution of Central Committee Meetings and Executive Committee Meetings.
 Oversee and coordinate with appropriate groups and individuals in the planning and
execution of the annual NCGOP State Convention.
 Oversee and coordinate with appropriate groups and individuals in the planning and
execution of the North Carolina delegation’s participation in the RNC National
Convention.
 Serve as liaison for the Party with the various auxiliary groups aligned with the
Republican Party.
 Serve as liaison for the Party with campaigns, caucuses, and national committees
aligned with the Republican Party.
 Supervise maintenance, repair and operations of the party’s equipment, furnishings,
building, and grounds.
 Supervise the purchases of equipment and supplies for the Party.
 Oversee the recruitment, training, and deployment of volunteers and interns for the
Party.
 And all other duties as assigned by the Central Committee.
