NCGOP Announces Representative Jennifer Balkcom as Republican Nominee for the 11th Congressional District

ASHEVILLE, N.C. — August 10, 2026 — The North Carolina Republican Party and the 11th Congressional District Executive Committee today announced Representative Jennifer Balkcom as the Republican nominee for North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District.
