Olivia, a native of Rowland, North Carolina in Robeson County, grew up on her family’s farm, where she developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for agriculture. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Communications and minors in Agricultural Business Management and Agricultural Entrepreneurship.

While in college, Olivia interned with the North Carolina Republican Party, where she discovered her passion for North Carolina politics. She also served as a Young Life leader, mentoring and supporting high school students in their faith journey, which strengthened her passion for service and leadership. After graduation, Olivia joined the NCGOP full-time and now serves as Digital Director.
